Track your parcel every step of the way using ‘APC Pinpoint’ , simply enter your consignment number and delivery postcode and our regularly updated map will PinPoint the delivery driver’s current stop and how close the driver is to the delivery destination.
In conjunction with ‘APC Pinpoint’ the new ‘APC Expect’ service provides 2-hour pre-alerts for your delivery.
We strive to ensure that your delivery is successfully delivered first time, but don’t worry if you missed your delivery as you can use the ‘APC Called’ service to re-arrange delivery or collect from our depot.
